• Manages employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Provides password reset and account management capabilities

• Integrates with third-party services like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and others

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. JellyAI is intended for business use only.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information

Permitted Uses

You may use JellyAI for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Data Processing

Beta Period

During our limited beta period (until September 30, 2025), JellyAI is provided free of charge. Beta users will receive advance notice before any paid plans take effect.

Future Billing

• Subscription fees will be charged monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment after notice

Service Level

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Support

• Email support is available during business hours
• Documentation and self-help resources are available 24/7
• Priority support may be available for enterprise customers

JellyAI's Rights

JellyAI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to JellyAI. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide our services.

JellyAI integrates with third-party services (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to:

• The third party's terms of service and privacy policies
• Your organization's agreements with those providers
• Applicable data protection and security requirements

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Extended periods of inactivity

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
